TDR Refund Denial

Please note that I am being denied the refund of my e-tickets which couldn't be confirmed on 6th March.

The PNR number of the ticket is 2331791038 and it contained 6 passengers. However, once the chart prepared only 1 passenger got confirmed and others remained in W/L category. So, none of us travelled on 6th March.

I filed TDR then and I'm getting the following reply from Railways. There must be some confusion so request to verify as all wait listed tickets get cancelled automatically and money refunded to the account and moreover noone travelled on the said PNR and as such there is no need to surrender anything to Railways. There is no one responding on the number mentioned and at the same time, no one picking up the phone as mentioned in the mail from irctc. I've paid an amount in excess of Rs 5200/- for 6 tickets on the this PNR.
