My name is LakshminarayanaReddy, i have reserved the ticket through IRCTC on May16 from Secunderabad to chennai with the following transaction id (0499749474) and PNR number (4858830027), and my status of the ticket is WL/29, so i didnt able to travel on that day and i tried to cancel that ticket in the secunderabad station but they said that as it is online we will not cancelled that ticket and even they suggest that if the ticket is not conformed the money will revert back in to my account so kindly suggest you to please revert the money back into my account si
