AMOUNT DEBITED IN BANK ACCOUNT BUT TICKET NOT BOOKED

I HAD ON 28.05.2012 AND ON 30.05.2012 BOOKED TRAIN TICKETS[E-TICKETS] BY USING DEBIT CARDS OF CANARA BANK AND ON THE ABOVE DATES THOUGH THE FOLLOWING AMOUNTS WERE DEBITED MY RESPECTIVE SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNTS, TICKETS HAD NOT BEEN BOOKED AND NO AMOUNT FOUND TO HAVE BEEN REFUNDED IN THE ABOVE SAID SB ACCOUNTS TILL DATE

TRANSACTION ID:0504803275- DATE OF BOOKING:28.05. AMOUNT DEBITED IN MY SB ACCOUNT1007.111.027904 WITH CANARA BANK, RAMNAD ROAD BRANCH, MADURAI-RS, 474/= AND

TRANSACTON ID 0505717730 DATE OF BOOKING :30.05.2012 -AMOUNT DEBITED IN MY SB ACCOUNT 2461 111 001535 RS.615/=

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ARRANGE FOR REFUND OF THE AMOUNTS INTO CONCERNED SB ACCOUNTS IMMEDIATELY AS THERE IS NO RESPONSE FOR THE E-MAILS SENT TO [email protected] ON THE RESPECTIVE DATES BY ME.
