Dear sir, today i booked two tickets from online portal service of IRCTC for lonavala to mumbai for 9 june.after successful complition of passenger information page transfered to net bank account and Rs 456 deducted from my bank balance but i didnt get PNR no or e ticket.transaction ID of bank is 8050583 and dt 5 june 12.passengers used IRCTC online services for train reservation to avoid counter delay, long ques and visit to reservation centre.but online services have more harrassment than physically going there.pl do something to improve online services and refund the blocked amount.
