I have a account in irctic.. but i forgot my password. when i gave answer of the security question it showed that my password is reset and sent to my registered email id. but i have not received any email regarding this matter. i have mailed to [email protected] since yesterday night for several times.. but the problem is not solved yet.. when i am going to sign up an new account mobile verificatin code is sent to my mobile number but no corfirmation email has been sent from irctc website.. so neither i can access my old account nor can create a new one.. so in this matter please do the needful.
