Respected Sir/Madam,

My IRCTC account having user id Sudarshini and email id: [email protected] has been deactivated for reasons unknown.

Please see to the re-activation process as I would like to continue my transaction process with IRCTC and I also have other ticket information in my account.

Please look into this in urgent basis as I am waiting to procure tickets immediately.
