I got a ticket booked from the irctc (Indian railway catering and tourism corporation ltd.) detailing :

And the train was late by more than 3hrs. so the passenger didn't traveled and TDR was filed and after some day EDR was accepted and only half refund i.e of Rs.940 was made but as per the rules the full refund is to made in case train late by more than 3 hrs. and passenger didn't traveled.
