Dear sir,
It is my humble request to withdraw railway booking from IRCTC because they are unable to rectify faults in irctc website since long time. Harassing public/authorised e-ticketing agents.there site crashed sharp at 8am to 9am. Everything is out of control of irctc. Give this services to some big corporate houses and get rid of with this type of problem try some thing new.
