Very slow. Worthless

I tried to book a tatkal ticket for my son. When i logged in it was showing available seats 104. then after putting in the passenger details it took 30mins to load the verification text.by that time the seat had gone into waiting list 38. what kind of a lame and worthless website is this??? it cannot load one verification text.. what about the inconvience caused to me and my son???
