Railway Tatkal Ticket

Dear Sir/Madam, IRCTC website for online railway ticket reservation becomes in-responsive at the time of tatkal ticket booking. The IRCTC website remains hanged from 8:00Hrs to 8:30hrs.Nobody is able to book a tatkal ticket by internet.I think everyone is facing the same problem since last one year. Prior to that it was very much possible to book a tatkal ticket by IRCTC website . I think there is some mismanagement with this website and all this is being carried out deliberately. So, I request all concerned authorities to look in to the matter.It is becoming highly frustrating and inconvenient for everyone in such a hi-tech time. Thanks
