Dear Sir.

I visited Body Shop of Jabalpur Motors, On second free service of my vehicle ie; on 9.2.11 for a simple scratch resolve on bumper of my car.

Earlier the person who attended me Mr. Raies told me that their will be a replacement of the holder in the bumper which will cost you around Rs. 50/- so i agreed to it. after around 15 - 20 mins my car was taken in for the replacement,

And then the problem was solved with in 15 mins. without much efforts.

When i went for the payment, the person told me that a bill of around Rs 350/- will be charged to which i was not told earlier. Out of 350. Rs 300/- were labor charges.

(which were not informed me earlier). On which i went to the manager of the body shop Mr. Prince and after much conversation he lowered the labor charges to Rs 200/-.

I simply had a question to them, that how is a part and a 15 mins of work is justified with a over all payment of Rs.250/-.

That also i was ready to pay.

But the bill was not given to me for more then half hour. as the person handling my case was doing his target work. for a work of 15 mins. i waited their for more then 2.5 hours. this is not justified i think...

I am highly dissatisfied with this kinda behavior of ms. jabalpur motors ltd. body shop. and i need a justification about the time consumption also the money they took for the work.

i am convinced to my friends case earlier that these people are highly irresponsible for the work they are doing. and i think from next time onwards i will not go to them for a simple work of service also.
