Dear sir,
I had purchased a maruti car from the true value section of M/s jamkash Vehicleades Byepass, srinagar in August. I paid the money in cash with proper reciept and was told that the transfer of vehicle in my name will be done in due course as the work was entrusted to an agent for a certain fee to which i agreed. I also went and completed the formalities in the transport office. Now today even after waiting for 2 years the transfer is yet to happen, i have met the concerned people innumerable times with no result.
I appeal to you to help me in this situation as i am unable to use the vehicle for lack of transfer. My vehicle number is JK05-9678 .
