This is to place on record that JMD Skoda sevice station dealings are the worst ever experienced by self.

This becomes even more important after seeing the sales teams excellent support and commitment loacted at the same center.

My car skida octavia has been to nerul and andheri workshop thrice and every time a new part is identified as faulty and to be renewed under warrenty.

Surprisingly though that part is never available. The cahrges for service are levied and customer is charge again for the same service, with a different problem identified.

The situtuation becomes worst as theres no one who takes resposibility to address problem.

Hoep something can be done about this.
