Dear sir,

my name is rajan bhardwaj from ludhiana (pb). sir i have purchased a splender plus motorcycles on date 12/03 to m/s jyoti motors, basti jodhewal, ludhiana.after one month i faced the some problem to bikes. likes light, horns, millage. i have complaint bikes problem Jyoti motors to first service, second service, third service. but every times to Jyoti motors are sure to solve the problems after the bikes service. two days after services the same bike problems again. sometimes i handover the bikes to Jyoti motors without any service more than 15days for three times . but Jyoti motors not solve the bikes problems.i am humble harassment to Jyoti motors . there employees are roodly talking to me. many others problems i have faced to the service.so i finally requested to solve my problems. plz confirm to Jyoti motors my bikes service status and bikes complaints and confirm to me .before two days you don't confirm to me my bikes status by email & tetephone. so i have submit to case against Jyoti motors, basti jodhewal, ludhiana and hero handa ltd. india in consumer court india.

so plz necessary action & oblige.
