I am Sanjay Acharya at 20/A/3, Seal Lane, Kolkata-15. I am customer of Kargo Distributor (6, R.N. Chowdhury Road, Kolkata- 15).
I booked gas on last 21.07.2010 from that gas agency but till now I did not get gas. I have no double cyllender. For this reason we are very suffering. When I call them for not availabe of gas, they do not recieve my phone. Their service is very very poor and they give attention only their known person.
I am very suffering for this beacouse I have a 3 months old child, that's why I am requisting you to solve it as early as possible and Please send me proper suggetion and take proper action against that gas agency (Kargo Distributor of 6, R.N. Chowdhury Road, Kolkata- 15).
