Inconvenienent and Bad Service

I purchased a new Bajaj Avenger 220 cc from Khivraj Bajaj Motors, 100 ft. road, Indiranagar. While providing documents, there was a mistake in my name and address in my Registration Smart Card. I provided them correct information but still there was mistake from their side.

I purchased my bike on 18th November and he told me that i will get my corrected Registration Smart Card with in 1 - 2 week. But still there is no update from their side. Whenever I go to talk to them, they keep telling me "Sir, 1 week more". Now, it's near about 2 months and still I am without my Registration Smart Card.

Apart from this, I gave my bike for 1st service and after that my bike became less smoother than earlier. I still have problem in leg-brakes. Some rough sound comes out when I press the brakes. And also I went 2 times to resolve this problem, but still the brakes become loose again and again. I don't how they work. I am just frustrated from them now. They are not providing convenient service to their customers. And that's a major disappointment from them.

Please take this issue into account so that I can get my Registration Smart Card asap.
