FAILED TRANSACTION DEBITED TO BY CREDIT CARD

I was trying to book 2 tickets online for Mumbai - Cochin for 5 Jan through HDFC credit card, but it gave an error "gateway connection lost". The failed transaction is debited for Rs. 12668/- on my HDFC bank credit card. Talked to Kingfisher airline customer care executive since 14 Jan. 2012 and have mailed from 22 Jan almost everyday for refund, but they are saying that it will take 7 days, then after 7 DAYS they told 14 days, till now no refund is being done. HDFC bank gave me detail regarding the transaction which has a authorization code 081701 and transaction code 700032010. BUT TILL NOW KINGFISHER AIRLINE ARE NOT REFUNDING BACK THE AMOUNT.
