Dear Sir/Madam,
I was travelling from BOM to BLR and visited "Ultra Bar" for Beer at Terminal A near gate A4. I would like to bring your attention to a discriminatory act by the manager at the Bar.
They had 5 bottles of Kingfisher premium in the cooler. When I asked for 1, they refused to serve saying that they have been reserved by the foreign passengers who were also drinking at that time. I told them, that since they have not paid in advance for it, they should not refuse a customer for a bottle of beer that is in stock. But, he refused me again politely.
This seems to be an issue of an Indian business discriminating Indian citizen for business with foreigners.
How can liquor be reserved without being paid for? If tomorrow, someone asks them to reserve all the bottles in stock without paying and not serve other customers, would they do so?
I hope this complaint is taken seriously and an action is taken against the bar owner for discriminatory act against an India. He should be shamed of being an Indian.
