I have given my vehicle for 1st free service on Monday and its going to be a week and still don't have my my vehicle delivered. I do understand since there were some scratches to be fixed it was sent to workshop but they have taken almost a week and still my vehicle is not 100% ready. This is ridiculous.
My vehicle was delivered on Friday with only 60% of work done and in addition to that they invoked another problem of central locking not working. I never expected this from Kun service center. I am repenting of purchasing my vehicle in KUN showroom anna nagar.
I am not sure who should I approach to show my dissatisfaction toward the 1st free service. Any help in this regard is appreciated.
