Money not refunded

I booked a ticket through Makemytrip.com booking Id -NF251742425113

Booking Date - Tue, 4 January 11 for the amount of Rs. 6, 190

I cancelled the same ticket on 21-jan Cancellation Number - IN1101R0086193

and the amount that needed to be refunded to me was Rs 4400

I haven't received the amount till now despite repeated reminder send to the customer care for makemytrip . they claimed to have already refunded the amount, but have not received the amount in my bank account.
