subj:- complaint for problem create by the service center in noida in changing the parts
sir I am Pradeep F-64/sec-20 noida, G.B.Nagar, Utter Pardesh india.i am a A customer of Maruti Suziki .I have number of cars of maruti suziki, i am regular customer of maruti suziki. I have a car name maruti swift VDI, model RS, chassis no. 318981, Engine no.1085877, sold by T201, Sold date 16th may 2008, varient maruti swift vdi, I have regular problem in servicing and ghanging the part in the duration of warrenty period given by ur company. Recently rohan motors ltd. noida create a problems for me. i have extended warrenty in some problem occur inj a/c compraser of my car. I went to the rohan motor noida and told the problem of my car. They told me give 50% value of a/c compraser then we can change it. When i ask him then they told me its the policy of maruti suzuki. U tell me this is the policy when i extended warrenty from ur company. Y i will pay to ur company for particular part. If this is a policy then i left ur company product. Please give a solution wat i will do.
