I have to bring to your attention the following incident faced by me--
Total disappointment from Maruti & Maruti Body shop - Pandit Automobile Ambala Road -Saharanpur
I have bought a new Zen Estilo LXi (M) car from your showroom. The registration number of my car is UP 11 AA 0955.
Unfortunately my car had an accident.Maruti challenges that it repairs with in four days but due to shortage of spare parts & materials in showroom it is still in the work shop since the past 1.5 months.I have been calling Maruti authorised Pandit Automobile Saharanpur repeatedly however every time I get the same response that spare parts are not available, come after one week or two weeks.
I have also been in touch with the service managers in Delhi and the distributor in Dehradun, however no one has responded.
For a complaint that should not have taken more than 1 week at the very maximum, it has taken over a month!!!
I am really infuriated and grieved at this experience that to from a consumer car giant like Maruti which is synonymous with almost every house hold of the country.
Now i have no other option but to knock at the doors of the consumer court if my complaint is not looked into urgently.
I hope I shall receive a prompt and positive reply from your side.
