This is regarding bad sales services of BHANDARI AUTOMOBILES - Kolkata. We wanted to buy a new Wagon R- Lxi Model in exchange of our old Maruti Omni van. We got all the price quotations from this showroom 2 months back from sales agent Sumit Roy. However after 2 months when we wanted to make the final purchase, even after repeated calls to Sumit he did not return my calls. I called Bhandari Automobiles and mentioned the entire case to them, they promised to call back, even Bhandari Showroom did not return my call. We have finally sealed the deal with another maruti showroom.
