Maruti Suzuki True Vale and Exchange bonus

I used to own Wagon R LXi Metallic Oct model in a good condition (that is what i gathered from Vipul Motors True value).

- I checked with them and they offered Rs 85k Exchange Bonus

- I checked from your website and the evaluation done was for about 1 lac.

- I informed Vipul Motors of the same and did not get satisfactory response.

- I immediately raised my concern to Maruti customer care and you guys keep lingering around things by saying you have forwarded it your concerned department and they will contact me.

- I specifically mentioned in all my e-mails that I want to buy new car on 5th Dec positively as i have some personal purpose behind it and cannot postpone it any further. But you guys keep on lingering around things and said concerned department will contact (see the string of e-mails)

- I had no other option other than to go for new car on 5th Dec and with all the terms and conditions which dealer told including the price of my old car.

Now when i raised my voice, Vipul Motors is giving me explanations that there is VAT etc attached to it and they have no other choice other than to adjust the EXCHANGE bonus in the price of the car. Why are you as Maruti Suzuki cheating the customers by marketing and advertising Save Rs... which includes exchange bonus??? This exchange bonus you actually adjust in the value of the old car. My car market price was Rs 1 lac as i checked on your website and checked with outside brokers as well. Everyone was ready to pay Rs 1 lac for that car.

But Vipul Motors valued my car as 85k and the rest 15k they adjusted as the exchange bonus for the new car.

I have been corresponding with Maruti customer care and they always respond with the following

"We value you as esteem Maruti Suzuki family member and sincerely acknowledge the inconvenience you have been experiencing.

We wish to inform you that we have already forwarded your issue to the concerned department with complaint reference no. 5890595850. We appreciate your co-operation in this matter and thank you for your patience."

This looks like an automated response and I have exchanged around 50 e-mails with customer care department for last 15 days without any resolution to the same.

WHAT A WORST SERVICE MARUTI HAS AND HOW MUCH IT CARES FOR IT CUSTOMERS???
