Respected Sir, I have recently purchased Maruti Swift from SAWANI MOTORS Amritsar. I am very disappointed with their service. I have changed 3 cars but I have first time bought car of Maruti and I was very incomfortable with their service. The agencies of Toyota, Ford, Hyundia and they gave full regard respect to the consumer they even say consumer to sit they does't even offer water also. I reached agency at about 10 am at agency on the day of delivery but I got the car at about 7 pm. They even not listen to the consumer.
Please take immidiate action on them
