Dear Sir - We purchased one Alto LXI from Modern Automobiles on 5.2.12. At the time of purchase Shekhar, manager there, committed Accessory discount of 3000, if we pay cash on 5th. We paid and since then he is not reverting to any of our calls. More surprisingly, last week he threatened and said you can do whatever you want I will not give. We intimated Maruti Suzuki also, but they were also failed to get it materialised.

Request help, as it is a clear voilation of consumer rights.
