Cylinder not delivered

My consumer no. is 1003 which i online booked on 26th Feb, but till date cylinder didn't deliver... i made calls 4-5 times to remind them and got a response that your slip has been given to the delivery boy... but i wonder where this agency is situated that person didnot find the place in one week's time.

I want to know how long it would be done...
