Not giving gas properly timing

SIR,

I had booked a cyllinder with M/S KHWAJA GARIB NAWAZ INDANE GAS SERVIC . My consumer number is K26690. on 26-12 date, the same date is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had used filthy language against me. Then i call again 31-12 he/she recived my call n then confirm that he will provide my gas in in that day but they can't then again i call again 6-12 but same problem.

I request you to please look into the issue.they are not giving home delivery properly to any consumer Pleas look in to the mater and take necessary action againest KHAWZA GARIB NAWAZ INDANE GAS SERVIC (GHAZIABAD) UP
