Abnormal delay in delivering Gas cylinde

I have a booking for refilling of gas cylinder dated 28th December (booking number 9450) against Consumer No. 9359 with M/S Sarada Gas Agency, Karimganj, Assam. The normal time taken to deliver a refill cylinder, as reported by the agency, is 25 days from the date of booking. I did not get delivery of the cylinder I booked on the date mentioned above till today (2nd February). Of late, many consumers, including me at Karimganj are facing acute problems in getting the cylinders on time. Rumors are also heard about sale of the cylinders meant for home delivery charging high price elsewhere by the Agency.

If such situation continues, there will be no option for me and my family but to starve.

I urge the concerned Authority to do the needful in redressing my grievance.
