Delay in supply of Refill gas Cylinde

SIR/madam,

My consumer No. is 127407 and my cell no is 9449853144

Last month, I had received my refill cylinder on 07/10/10 and not allowed to book for refill before 07/11/10 . I hve booked a cyllinder on 09/11/10 with a asssurance that the gas will be delivered within 10 days. Till today I have not received the gas even after waiting 13 days. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, ever time the staff had Saying the gas will be sent tommorrow.

I request you to please look into the issue and arrange to issue suitable instruction to derilver the refill gas ata least within 30 days after the delivery of previous cylinder.
