NANDA GAS AGENCY, ARCOT ROAD, SALIGRAMAM
UNNECESSARY DELAY IN BOOKING

I am a physically challenged Government Employee staying off my hometown. I am consuming Indane LPG. There was some delay in my refilling because of my absence in Chennai. Hence, they said My membership card was announced as Dead Card. For actiating that card I have to produce my Address and ID Proof. As, I am a physically challenged person and the agency office is situated in firstfloor, I sent the documents (driving license and rent receipt for Rs.2000) with a covering letter through my neighbour. The are demanding rent receipt with revenue stamp and Signature. Receivers signature is there. As the existing Government procedure saying revenue stamp is necessary for the receipt of Rs.5, 000/- and above. I am paying monthly rent of Rs.- only. How can I produce receipt with revenue stamp. Hence, my neighbour is kepping running to the Agency and to my residence. There is no improvement. I suffering for the past 15 days.
