I have got Indane Gas connection. Consumer No. 18004. As I was out of station for the past six months I couldn't consume LPG. After a period of 10 months, I tried to book a cylinder and was informed that my card become a dead card and I have to submit Address and ID proof to activate that card. As I am a physically Challenged person and the Agency Office is in upstairs, I alreay informed to the office bearers and sent the copy of my driving license as my ID proof and a rent receipt for Rs.- as an address proof with a covering letter through my neighbour. But, they demanded my consumer Pass Book and Deposit Receipt. Once again I submitted them through my neighbout. Now they demanding rent receipt with revenue stamp. I am paying monthly rent Rs.- only. As the existing Government rule is saying revenue stamp is must while dealing with the amount of Rs.5000/- and more How can I get a receipt for Rs.- with revenue stamp. For the past 15 days on behalf of me my neighbour is keeping on ruuning to the gas agency and my house owner. How can I solve this problem and getting my LPG.
