WITH DUE RESPECT I WANT TO SAY THAT I AM A CONSUMER OF YOUR GAS AGENCY, M/S NAV BHARAT GAS AGENCY, BATALA, DISTT-GURDASPUR, PUNJAB. MY CONSUMER NUMBER IS 2716 BY THE NAME OF MR.MANOHAR SINGH. I HAVE BOOKED A HOME DELIVERY REFILL ON DATED 28.01.2011. BUT THEY NEITHER SEND ME ANY DELIVERY AT TIME NOR GIVE ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER ABOUT THAT.MOSTLY, THEY NEVER PICK THEIR PHONE. I HAVE TRIED MANY TIME ON PHONE . I AM IN VERY MUCH TROUBLE. TELL ME IS THIS TYPE OF ATTITUDE IS APPROPRIATE WITH THE CUSTOMER?

SECONDLY I HAVE BEEN APPLIED FOR 2ND CYLINDER ON THIS NUMBER ON 07.09.2010.BUT TILL DATE THEY HAVE NOT ISSUE THE 2ND CYLINDER.

PLEASE DRAW YOUR KIND ATTENTION IN THIS MATTER.I WILL BE THAKFUL TO YOU.
