Poor Pick up

Hyundai Accent car Registration no. UP16 AA 0277 with company fitted CNG Kit, purchased on 29.04.10 from Nimbus Hyundai, A-109, Sector-5,

There is accute problem of pick up as under :

1. Very difficult to pick up/ accelerate the vehicle specially in 2nd gear. After slowing down the vehicle when I try to pick up the vehicle in 2nd gear the torque becomes near about zero and very difficult to pick up.

2. Under loaded conditions (five passengers on board) it is absolutely difficult to accelerate/ pick up the vehicle in 2nd gear after slowing down.

3. Nimbus hyundai has been telephonically informed several times about the problem. Two times they have sent the vehicle to their CNG fitting plant. But the problem still persists.

4. I want my money back because being 1500 CC Engine the vehicle should have excellent pick up with full satisfaction of costumer, whereas I am unable to drive the vehicle hasslefree/ tension free.
