On 26th June I sent a courier from Lucknow to Dr. Ritesh Mistry in Mumbai. The AWB number is 201022201. I followed it up on 30th and the courier had not reached there yet. On 2nd July I was told that the courier has been delivered but when I checked with my consignee, they reported that the courier had not reached them. It was a clear case of fraud - forged signature - on the part of the courier company. When I wanted to lodge a complaint, there is no way I can do that on their website or on their customer service number- they simply refuse take up the complaint! And finally they said mistakes happen and this is one of them and we are free to do what we want to do.
