I booked a cab on 19th Oct for Airport (from Belgachia) at 4am 20 Oct (Docket no. AYA63133). At 3:30 Call center called up and gave the name and Number of the driver (Rajesh Singh 9062928592). We called up the driver at 3:45. He said he doesn't have info for this pick up. We called call centre. They said they will call back in 2 mins. But they didn't. We followed up call centre and driver several time. At 4:20 They said car will reach within 5 min. Driver said he will come in 15 mins. Car didn't come. At 4:45 we call up driver and he said call centre asked him not to come.
This is the service of Kolkata cabs! Most unprofessional approach. We were about to miss the flight.
