I am writing this as a very unfortunate customer in India, where seller enjoy domination on the buyer.
I would like inform you that i booked an ALTO on 05/04 at POPULAR VEHICLES AND SERVICES, CHENNAI, saleperson said vehicle will be delivered within 30 days. But still date they did not delivered, saying some reasons every day. i have paid nearly 99% payment and also exchanged a maruti 800. But still they are pending my delivery. They handle customer so casually. They are stubborn to customer and i feel strongly they have no concern for the customers. The service offered by the showroom will definetly spoil the brand name of maruti.
Again today i was informed that it will take another week for delivery.
Now they say maruti had hold your delivery by further few days that they want to inspect and certify the vehicle. I donot really understand it is true statement or blaming maruti to escape their delay.
After going through this very unfortunate sequence of events, I have now decided not to recommend POPULAR VEHICLES, CHENNAI, to others (lost trust in their sales process). i learnt lesson not to buy any car from POPULAR VEHICLES, CHENNAI.
I am really tired of making calls to them many times. They just neglect feeling of customers.
Dear Chennai customers be aware of such dealers ……….
We should unite to eradicate such type of dealers who keep giving false hope to customers.
