Worst Service by India Garage, White Field

Please be careful while purchasing Mahindra vehicles in Bangalore, especially with India Garage. While purchasing the vehicle, they gave enough pains in delivering the vehicle. No one lifts the phone and you need to physically go and beg to get your new vehicle. This is one side of the stofy, once its due to service, you true pains start, specifically when its under the so called "free services". They kept the vehicle for 2 days (3rd Oct and 4th Oct) and just changed the engine oil and other stuff (which are chargeable). They promised me to deliver the vehicle by 2 pm on 4th Oct but no phone call to me. Right from 2 pm to 8.30 pm, I was calling all the possible numbers and no one had the courtesy to tell me whether they'll deliver the vehicle or not. They took the complaints I had, but nothing were attended nor the Service Advisor had a answer to atleast tell me why they failed, except the default answer "free service". India Garage is still suriving as the Mahindra consumers dont have choice like Maruti, where in you get enough service centers.
