United cargo packers and movers have not delivered my consignment which was booked from delhi to Indore on 1st Nov. It was supposed to be delivered on 3rd Nov but today its 5th Nov and still not recieved. They have also taken an insurance amout of 2250/- but still I haven't received the insurance policy. They are fraud, have given me lot of stress and their executive misbehaved with my wife over the phone. I am continuously calling them 3 times a day and they are not giving me any info. My clothes and every household items are with them. I am suffering and just because of these people, i am staying in hotel which is again costing me a fortune. I had to buy new clothes as i dont have any option and these people are ridiculous. Pathetic service... I want to file this complaint. I have all the receipts provided by them.
