After service remote horn and reverse not working

Dear Sir,

Sub: My Car i10 -Remote horn and reverse gear horn not working after service.

Ref: My vehicle No. TN22 CA 4603, Invoice No. B201212656, dated 10-12.

With reference to the above, I like to bring to your notice that, my car was sent to service on 10-12 at that time remote horn, indigator horn and reverse horn was working fine. After the service I found that they were not working. This was informed to the mechanic incharge Mr. S. Bala, Express Hyndai Service, Sholinganallr, Chennai-600 119 at 8.30 p.m. on the same day. As he suggested some instruction we checked but still found the horns not working, by informing Mr. S.Bala again proper response was not received as told. On Wednesday i.e.12-12 compliant was loddged to custmer Care Ms. Raji. She arranged conference call between me and Mr. Bala. Then Electrical Mechanic Mr. Thiru was sent on 12-12 at 4.00 p.m. he found the mistake to be logging of water in the horns during the service time. The service incharge did not take any responsiblity so far. Hence I request you kindly to take necessary action immediately.
