Dear Sir,

I had claimed for travel insurance 4110/D-00020/18905/00/000, due to the cancellation of the Kingfisher Airlines. I had made the claim nearly 6 months back, i send in the required documents, but they never responded. I have been trying to mail them for the past 6 months, but they haven't responded till now. I wanted to bring this to the notice of authority,
