Non-refund of amount

I booked a ticket for Guwahati to Imphal for 22 November. The ticket number was 0902473074​113. I got an e-mail on 8 November from Kingfisher that the flight has been cancelled.

I have been constantly following for the refund of the ticket cost of Rs. 1, 443 from the customer care for almost one and a half month and I have not received my amount back. Everytime I have been told that the refund will be processed in 7 days.

Kindly help me in getting me my money back.
