Money deducted but didnt get any note

Dear Madam/ Sir,

Today (24-12) I have made train reservation through www.irctc.co.in, for 5th January (Charminar express) and the waiting list was 126, when i made the payment i have received a msg to my mobile that amount of Rs.316.24 has been deducted towards reservation and when I checked my bank mini statement this was the note- IIN/www.irctc.c/Fee Rs10 ST Rs1.241.

Please suggest me what to do to get back my money.
