on top of it " yeh private log hotey hai in par humara koi control nahi complaint karni hai to website par kar dijye, and started making fun of the undersigned
this is where Indian railways lies today which has a glorified history of more than 100 years
I know such episodes happen daily and common man only ignores but the statement of Mr S K Verma that please lodge a complaint against the management in website gave me this strength and wisdom to bring this episode inthe eyes of the appropriate authorities
hope this will atleast make aware the apropriate authorities how shabby the scene is today while you are travelling in AC two tier so lets pray to god about the situation in sleeper and general coaches
