Poor service...!!!

I have been recomended to buy a Tata bakkie at Edenvale branch, and comming all the way from Roodepoort i think it was a mistake, im a building comtractor and was told this is the way to go. Took possesion of the Tata on 31 / 01 / took it back 5 days later with vibration on the front cab, bolts on back rollbar missing, door panel screws missing, lighter not working and some other things not ok. I made an appointment with the Glen branch in the south of Jhb, had the Tata for a full day and told me they cant fix it cause Edenvale must pay for it. Went back to Edenvale, was promised a nother Tata bakkie, they will phone me, waited 4 weeks and nothing, went to see them again and was promised again, 3 weeks gone by. Then i got a call from my insurance to say they are still waiting for confirmation on my tracker, went back and they were going tob find out if it was installed. That was on the 17th April from Mr Zigi to his Mr Reynhard by email in my possesion, Still no responce, my Tata have now got nearly 11, 000 km on the clock and we have started this on 1210 km, so my Tata is covered or not i dont know, my vibration is still there, and this is what i get for my new TATA...???
