I went for my Chevrolet Beat 4th paid service at Autovikas service station on 07/07, I waited there for 1 hr, still no one entertained me. I told the manager that I am leaving and will visit some other service station, he said it is your wish SIR. I decided to visit next week end, as I had to go for routine servicing only. As I was driving on the following week, my car broke down on the busiest road. I had to call the Towing agency and they charge me 1300 INR for the service. I along with my broken car went to the same service station. I had to pay 15, 000 INR for repair. I talked to the supervisor there, he said, if they would have done the servicing in my last visit, then I would have saved this breakdown issue and towing charges and mental stress that I faced during the break down.
I am just scared that if they come to know about this I might be harrased during my next visit to the service station.
