I have one of the worst experience with GoAir.
On 4th April I have booked two tickets for Bangalore to Ahmadabad to travel on 3rd of July. I had booked the ticked online and got the confirmation too.
now after 15 days (on 17th April) I have got a SMS saying
MAM/SIR, G8194 FRM BLR 3 JUL IS CANCELLED DUE 2 ISSUES BEYOND CNTRL OF THE AIRLINE. WE RGRET INCNVENENCE.CALL 1800222111/09223222111.RGRDS GOAIR.
Next day (18th April) I called up to goair customer care and they said sorry sir your flight has been canceled and we will refund you the full amount (5308/-) to the same credit card you have used to book the ticked.
Now today (24th April) I have received an email saying
We would like to inform that we have refunded the credit amount for your PNR number ALCPT5 . The amount refunded is Rs 5050 and the bank reference number is 53221290. The same should reflect in your credit card account in 3working days.
This is just ridicules... I had to pay extra money to other airlines to book my new tickets and above all - GoAir has refunded only the partial amount though they have committed to refund full amount.
