Hi My name is Anand am the one of the genuine customer having three bikes from the Bajaj.pulsar 135 pulsar 150 and 220
Recently a day before yesterday i brought a new pulsar 220 from Kalyani Mototrs mekri circle it was a pleasant experience
from them, The way they treated was good.
When i took the delivery within two hours the head light of my bike was stopped suddenly so i called up to
the sales executive they informed me to get the bike by morning since it was there closing time. then i
informed them that am working in koramangala so i will get the my bike to AMBA BAJAJ near HSR Layout
they said ok.
Next day afternoon i took my bike to Amba Bajaj by 1.30 pm, there was a works manager and cce no one
has responded i was waiting more than 15min then some one came i requested them to look it the problem
, he replied now they are busy informed me to wait for 30 min
i was waiting thereafter 40min one person camehis name Gopal he asked me the problem i narrated briefly then
he asked me where you brought the bike from which dealer . i replied, then he asked his technician after some
discussion he came back and said come tomorrow or get it done from where you brought the bike and carelessly
he left from there then i called him upand asked what time shall i get the bike he replied dont come here go to the
place where u got the delivery.we dont do the other dealers bike. i felt very bad being such a dealer am not expecting
these kind of response from a authorised dealer.
its a very very pathetic service response from them i need a response from you.
