I own a Maruti Zen, April make which was in excellent condition until I was transferred to Hyderabad. I have given the Vehicle for servicing at the following 3 service centers in Hyderabad.
1) Varun Motors
2) Mitra Motors
3) GEM Motors
Till date I have paid around Rs. 21, 000 on the vehicle and it was serviced almost 17 times. However the vehicle is in a terrible state still. After every service I am promised that the vehicle is in excellent condition however the vehicle breaks down in couple of days.
The Maruti regional manager is not accessible is a mute spectator to this entire event.
I request Maruti top management to resolve my issue and reimburse me for the loss I have suffered so far.
