This is against the practice of charging Rs 20 as maintenance charges for 3 D glasses by Cinemax Hyderabad... Is this even lawful... Aren't they already charging such high prices for the tickets that they have to now make extra money by this new charge... Pathetic... And no one is complaining... Typical of Indian attitude... And I tried complaining and got back some very rude behavior from the staff... I mean how many more ways are they planning to fleece customers... seriously it's time consumers start raising their voices against such money grabbing people... What is the maintenance for when I got a dirty and oily 3D glass in my hand & after making some issues was given a pathetic tissue paper in the name of a cleaning agent... Is this how Cinemax treats its customers... then thank you... Don't need your services anymore
